Within the framework of its Spring 2022 Design Work Grants, Pro Helvetia has selected nineteen projects for concept development, prototype development, production or project extension funding.
The awarded projects demonstrate a wide variety of fields: from product, fashion, industrial, graphic and service design.
About the selected projects, the jury stated: «The quality of the submitted projects we have seen this year, especially coming out of two years of working around and within a lot of restrictions, is exceptional. This year, there was a strong lead towards filling the gaps, thus realizing that necessity was the mother of inventions in 2022. Besides the high quality of the projects, the jury was delighted to see more and more sustainable approaches and projects that dare to disrupt the status quo.»
