Urban Nomadism by Panter&Tourron

Open Embassy
WEER, Panter&Tourron and Raphael Lutz have been invited to take part to the Open Embassy programme organised by the Swiss Embassy in Denmark during the Copenhagen 3daysofdesign and will be participating to live radio show sessions on 23 May.
The design studio Panter&Tourron is exploring the intersections of technology, design and society to design a new vision of luxury for tomorrow.
When the lives of Stefano Panterotto and Alexis Tourron were constantly on the move, they needed ultralight and flat-packed furniture. Now Panter&Tourron is based in Switzerland and with «Tense» they produced five furniture pieces – a lounge chair, a room divider, a ceiling lamp, an ambient lamp, and a low table – fitting the needs of a nomadic generation. The design collection doesn’t need any tools or screws to be assembled, making it fast to build and disassemble. With their innovative materials and digital production techniques, they approach a sustainable and flexible fabrication.
